When visiting Voss, located in the heart of Fjord Norway – prepare to be amazed by the contrasts. One moment it`s all about the adrenaline ‭and amazing activities, the next about relaxing in the finest of natural landscapes. Throughout the ‭year Voss offers a large assortment of activities that you can choose from.

Voss is globally known as the “extreme sports village”, and here you can try everything from skydiving to rafting in safe conditions. In the summer and autumn, you can get to know nature by exploring the various hikes in the mountains. In the wintertime skiing is the biggest activity in Voss, and there are several resorts to visit.

The brand new gondola, that is located by the train station, will take you to the top of Mount Hanguren, all year round.

Voss is just over an hour from Bergen, and right in the middle of the Sognefjord and the Hardangerfjord.

Thank you for having us at your beautiful cabin. The cabin had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including children’s tableware and accessories. The cabin is only a short walk from the express lift in Bavallen and we got to enjoy ski in ski out experience and two epic days of skiing. Agnethe and Tormod were great hosts which attend to our needs very promptly whenever we needed anything. Thank you again.

Stylishly furnished cottage right by the ski lift. Lots of games and everything you need in the kitchen. Other good things are underfloor heating, good views, and good information from the host in advance. Nothing negative.
