About Vossahytten cabin

“Vossahytten” is a cozy cabin with up to six beds, located in the mountainside of Voss. The cottage is well-equipped with all facilities and it has been recently renovated. The cabin is located next to the ski lift Voss Ski Resort and is only 3 km from downtown Voss.

Due to its location, it is a perfect starting point for hiking and skiing in the local area, or to seek out the many other activities available at Voss. Most of all, Vossahytten is homely. Indoors it is functional and warm, outside there is a terrace surrounding the whole cottage with great views and a cozy dining area.

On the terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the fantastic view while eating by the outdoor furniture, or enjoying life around the fire pit. We are sure you will enjoy this cottage as much as we do ourselves.

This cabin is rented out to a company for now. Look for availability after November 2024.

The space

The cabin is close to hiking, skiing, and all other activities you can do at Voss. Read more about stuff to do at Voss here.

At this cabin, you are surrounded by nature on all sides. Voss’s leisure paradise offers swimming, golfing, beautiful hiking areas, barbecue, skydiving, climbing, rafting, indoor skydiving, and lots more. Most are located within 3 km of the cabin.

Guest access

Parking for one car is available just outside the cabin. Several more are available just 20 meters from the cabin. The door has a code lock. The code is sent to the guest before arrival, providing keyless check-in.

Other things to note

Stylishly furnished cottage right by the ski lift. Lots of games and everything you need in the kitchen. Other good things are underfloor heating, good views, and good information from the host in advance. Nothing negative.

Hanneke

Very nice and clean cabin, large enough space for two families with small children, plenty of space for a family of four. Lovely patio and beautiful views. By car, this is a good starting point for exploring Voss. Here you get a real Norwegian cabin feeling.

Agnethe is a very pleasant and easy host to relate to! Booked the cottage late and may have ruined the family’s plans, but heard no complaints 🙂

We had a great stay, everything was as it should be and the cottage was even nicer than the pictures suggested. Super location right by the ski lifts. Brilliant views with sunrise and snow-capped mountains. Quick and easy communication with Agnethe and Tormod. Will be happy to return!
